1. What this site is
PuroMáncora is an informational guide to businesses in the Máncora district. It is not a travel agency, it does not intermediate bookings, it does not process payments, and it is not party to any contract between a visitor and a listed business.
2. Business information
The information on each listing — prices, hours, services — is reported by the business itself and updated periodically. It can change without notice. Always confirm with the business before traveling or booking.
3. Relationship with listed businesses
Businesses pay a subscription to appear in the guide. That payment provides presence and upkeep of the listing; it does not buy reviews or influence what is published about them. Featured spots are identified as such.
4. Personal data
From the contact form we only store what you send: name, business, phone, and message. It is used to respond to you and, if you join the guide, to manage your listing. It is not sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to hola@puromancora.com.
- We use aggregate traffic measurement; we do not profile individual users.
- We keep data for as long as the relationship lasts, plus the legally required period afterward.
5. Content and intellectual property
Photos and text on the listings belong to PuroMáncora or to the business that provided them, depending on the case. They may not be reproduced without authorization.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or compliance of the services provided by listed businesses. Any complaint is resolved directly with them.
